This website is provided by RBRN Labs LLC for general informational purposes. Its content is offered as-is and may change or be removed at any time without notice.
Interactive tools
The Site offers interactive calculators that estimate wet-bulb globe temperature (WBGT) and the heat index from values you enter. These tools produce estimates for general planning, not measurements, and they are not medical, occupational, or compliance instruments. Conditions outdoors can differ from any estimate. By using the tools, you assume all risks associated with outdoor activity and with any reliance on the tools' output, and you agree that decisions about heat, activity, and safety remain yours. The Swelter app is governed by its own Terms of Service.
Acceptable use
You agree not to access the Site or its endpoints through automated means at excessive volume; scrape, harvest, or bulk-collect the tools' outputs; attempt to extract, reconstruct, or reverse-engineer the models behind them or their parameters; or interfere with the Site's operation or security measures.
Intellectual property
The website and its contents, including text, design, graphics, and branding, are owned by RBRN Labs LLC and protected by intellectual property laws. No license or right to use any part of the site is granted to you except to view it in a standard web browser.

RBRN Labs LLC and its products are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any such party.
